Ashland Women's Golf Ranked Sixth in Regional Rankings Ahead of G-MAC Championships

The Eagles Compete in the East Region

On Tuesday, April 14, the Ashland University women's golf team received notice that they are ranked sixth in the NCAA Division II East regional rankings.

The Eagles are coming off a back-to-back strong showings on the course at the Belterra Classic and NC4K Classic. Klaira Paramore finished first place in the Belterra Classic individually, while Anna Machamer placed first as well at the NC4K Classic individually. As a team, the Eagles haven't lost a match up since March 24.

With plenty of momentum, the Eagles will look to continue finding winning ways this coming weekend in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference championships. They'll begin play on Thursday, April 16, from Florence, Ind.
