The Ashland University women's golf team finished in first place at the Ohio Dominican University NC4K Classic.
The Eagles, who were coming off a first-place finish at the Belterra Classic just last weekend, continued to find success while out on the course. The team of Ana Machamer (1st),
Gracyn Vidovic (T3),
Zoe Mort (T6),
Klaira Paramore (14), Leeann Harker (T15) and
Sammi Miller (28) all helped lead the team to it's top-placed finish.
Machamer's first-place individual finish came off a stroke total of 150, four ahead of the athlete in second place. Vidovic, who wasn't too far behind Machamer, came in at a stroke total of 155. Mort finished with a mark of 158, evenly splitting her round totals at 79 a piece.
With three athletes finishing in the top 10, it came as no surprise that the Eagles took home the team victory.
Up next, Ashland will prepare for the Great Midwest Athletic Conference championships taking place in Florence, Ind., on April 16, 17 and 18.
