Eagle Women Begin Findlay Spring Invite, In Sixth Place After Darkness-Shortened Day 1

The field at the Findlay Spring Invitational in Richmond, Ky., couldn't get all two full rounds in on Sunday (March 15), but until darkness set in, Ashland University's women's golf team sat in sixth place in the 15-team field.
 
Through 15 holes in Round 2, the Eagles are 57-over par. Grand Valley State leads at 32-over, the host Oilers are second at 33-over and Missouri-St. Louis sits in third at 36-over.
 
Leading AU's team scoring is junior LeeAnn Harker, who is tied for 15th at 13-over and with two birdies. Both sophomore Sammi Miller (14-over, one birdie) and freshman Gracyn Vidovic (14-over, four birdies) are tied for 22nd.
 
Senior Klaira Paramore is tied for 33rd at 15-over and with three birdies, while sophomore Dakota Riley is tied for 60th at 27-over and two birdies.
 
Playing as individuals are freshmen Zoe Mort (tied for 28th, 15-over, one birdie) and Anna Machamer (tied for 40th, 19-over, two birdies).
