Following the third and final round of the Findlay Spring Invitational in Richmond, Ky., Ashland University's men's golf team finished in 16
th place in the 54-hole, 18-team event.

The Eagles saved their best for last, carding a 299 as a team on Tuesday (March 26) to end at 304-311-299—914. Wayne State was the team medalist at 281-291-281—853, followed by Missouri S&T in second place (293-289-281—863) and Findlay (290-290-297—877)  in third place.

Leading the AU effort on the tourney was graduate
Andrew Kolar, who ended in a tie for 25
th place at 75-73-73—221. He had an eagle and two birdies on Tuesday, and seven birdies for the event.

Sophomore
Carter Mishler was next in a tie for 55
th place (76-78-74—228). He had four birds on Tuesday and nine for the tournament. Junior
Matthew McMullen ended in a tie for 61
st place (75-83-73—231), had five birdies on Tuesday and finished with nine in the event.

Lukas Schreck (tied for 72
nd, 78-78-79—235, one Tuesday birdie, four tournament birdies) and graduate
Logan Thomas (tied for 86
th, 83-82-80—245, two Tuesday birdies, five tournament birdies) rounded out the Eagle team showing.
