The third and final round of Indianapolis' Ken Partridge Invitational on Tuesday (April 11) saw Ashland University's men's golf team finish in 11
th place in the 13-team field.
NOTABLES
- The Eagles ended with a team score of 298-306-303—907. Grand Valley state was the team medalist at 289-278-283—850, followed by Missouri-St. Louis (286-281-292—859) and Findlay (291-298-291—880).
- Freshman Carter Mishler led the Eagles in the 54-hole event, finishing in a tie for 17th place by carding 73-74-75—222. On Tuesday, Mishler recorded three birdies.
- Senior Logan Thomas tied for 33rd (77-74-74—226) and had five Tuesday birdies, while sophomore Matthew McMullen tied for 48th (72-80-78—230) and had one Tuesday birdie.
- Another senior, Andrew Kolar, tied for 54th at 79-78-75—232 (three Tuesday birdies), and sophomore Tyler Gillespie tied for 67th at 76-81-80—237 (one Tuesday birdie).
- Freshman Dylan Dunn, playing as an individual throughout the tournament, placed in a tie for 28th by ending at 74-75-75—224. He had three birdies on Tuesday, all on the front nine.
