Following a runner-up finish and a 3-2 mark at the 2026 Great Midwest Athletic Conference Tournament, three Ashland University softball players landed spots on the all-tournament team.

Sophia Martin, senior pitcher
Delaney Lis and senior third baseman
Amanda Kolar all garnered the honor for their play during the tournament, April 29-May 2 at Firestone Stadium in Akron, Ohio.
- Martin hit home runs in three consecutive games, and finished the week 4-for-11 (.364) with three home runs, three runs scored and eight RBIs.
- Lis pitched in all five games (four starts), going 2-1. Over 21 1/3 innings, she struck out 11 and walked 10, allowing 29 hits and 19 runs (15 earned, 4.92 earned-run average).
- Kolar was 6-for-15 (.400) with a home run, two runs scored and five RBIs during the tourney.
The Eagles are 32-17, and in contention for an NCAA Division II postseason appearance for the first time since 2015. AU's 32 wins also are the team's most in a season since 2019 (33). The D-II selection show will be Monday (May 11) at 10 a.m. on NCAA.com.
