The Great Midwest Athletic Conference announced on Tuesday (March 10) afternoon that Ashland University senior forward
Maceo Williams earned a spot on the 2026 Great Midwest men's basketball All-Tournament Team.
Williams, the 2025-26 Great Midwest Player of the Year, recorded a combined 50 points, 18 rebounds, three assists, two blocks and two steals in a 67-52 home win vs. Northwood, and an 89-88 neutral-site loss to Lake Erie.
This season, Williams is averaging 18.9 points, 8.3 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.0 steal per game, while making 60.4 percent from the floor.
With 1,928 career points, Williams is 11 away from tying
Wendell Davis (1,939) for second place on AU's all-time scoring list.
Ashland men's basketball (20-10) will play Grand Valley State (25-6) in an NCAA Division II Midwest Regional quarterfinal on Saturday (March 14) at 2:30 p.m. at Walsh.
