No. 9 STUNT Ends Season With OT Win Over Trojans, Loss To DBU At Nationals

Ashland University's No. 9-ranked STUNT team ended its 2025 season with a 1-1 showing at Division II nationals in Nashville, Tenn., on Friday (April 25).
 
The Eagles rallied to defeat former conference rival No. 6 Trevecca Nazarene in overtime, 16-15, then lost to No. 7 Dallas Baptist, 15-7. It was the second season in a row AU topped the Trojans in overtime at nationals (16-14 in 2024).
 
Ashland's victory over Trevecca Nazarene on Friday came after either trailing or being tied the entire game until the end.
 
The Eagles' 2025 campaign ends with a 24-9 record – setting new single-season program standards for both victories and games played (33).
