The Ashland University STUNT team has returned to the Great Midwest Athletic Conference tournament for the fourth straight season.
On Sunday, March 22, the G-MAC office officially released the schedule and seeding's for the upcoming tournament, which will take place this coming weekend.
The Eagles, who finished the season by splitting four games between Saturday and Sunday, enter the tournament with a 16-7 overall record and an 8-2 mark in conference play.
The team's play all season long was good enough for a second seed, placing them just behind the Davenport University Panthers for the No. 1 spot. While the Eagles had just two losses, the Panthers went undefeated in conference action.
With the two seed, the Eagles are placed up against the third-seeded Tiffin University Dragons, who finished their conference season at a mark of 5-5.
The final spot in the tournament belongs to the Malone Pioneers, who, with the No. 4 seed, sit with the same record as Tiffin.
This year's tournament will be played on the campus of Davenport University, inside the institution's Student Athletic Center. Game 1, between Malone and Davenport, will be played at 11:00 a.m. EST, while Game 2, between Ashland and Tiffin, will kick off just an hour or so later at 12:15 p.m. EST.
Following the opening set, there will be a pause for the Awards Ceremony, which will take place at 1:15 p.m. EST, before concluding the tournament.
The final two games, consultation and championship, will be played at 2:15 p.m. EST and 3:30 p.m. EST, respectively.
