AU STUNT Drops First Game of STUNT Championships, 27-22

The Eagles Will Look to Bounce Back Tomorrow

The Ashland University STUNT team dropped it's first game of this year's national STUNT championships.

On Thursday, April 23, the Eagles took on the Trevecca Nazarene Trojans for an early-morning matchup, falling, 27-22. The Eagles hung in all game long, but were unable to mount a comeback in the fourth quarter to try and upset the higher-seeded Trojans.

Fortunately, the Eagles' season isn't done. They'll have a chance to bounce back and return to action tomorrow, with hopes of making a climb through the bracket. That matchup will take place on Friday, April 24, at 2:30 p.m. EST.

The opponent Ashland will be taking on has not yet been confirmed, as it will be the loser of No.3-seeded Davenport University vs. No.11-seeded Tiffin University or No. 6-seeded Concordia Irvine.
