The Ashland University STUNT team has been recognized by the Great Midwest Athletic Conference following their performance at the conference championships.
The Eagles, who finished as the runner-up, were notified on Tuesday, March 31, that two athletes had been named to the All-Tournament team.
Those individuals were Izzy Thomas and Chelsea Adkins, both of whom played a critical role in the team's win over the Tiffin University Dragons in the quarterfinal round. They also both played a role in helping keep the game against the Davenport Panthers in reach.
Ashland has turned its attention towards STUNT nationals, where the Eagles will travel to Nashville, Tenn.
