The Ashland University men's cross country team took sixth place at the NCAA Division II Midwest Regional meet in Kenosha, Wis., on Saturday (Nov. 8).

Nate Slater PRed in the men's 10K race, and was the Eagles' top finisher – ending 17

Ashland had 211 team points on Saturday. Grand Valley State (44) placed first, followed by Saginaw Valley State (52) and Lewis (120).
In Saturday's women's 6K race, the Ashland women ended in 18
th place with 460 team points. Grand Valley State (25 points) was the regional team winner, followed by Cedarville (87) and Lewis (90).
Freshman
Ava Parrett was the top Eagle women's placer, crossing the finish line in a PR time of 22:45.68 and in 64
th place. Graduate

th in 23:03.98, and the AU top five was rounded out by junior
