No. 5 Eagle STUNT Sweeps Lakers, Runs Win Streak To Five

On Saturday (Feb. 24) in Erie, Pa., the No. 5-ranked Ashland University STUNT team defeated No. 10 Mercyhurst in both ends of a doubleheader, 23-0 and 14-1.
 
The Eagles now have won five games in a row and are 5-2 overall and 5-0 in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference, while the Lakers are 4-5, 3-5.
 
POST-GAME NUGGETS

• Junior flyer/tumbler Alyssa McLaughlin was Ashland's top-rated player in both victories, recording 54 points in Game 1 and 35 points in Game 2.
