QUOTABLES
- "We have a team that doesn't quit," said Ashland head coach Bill Pollock. "We like to play from behind, and it showed today…down by 9 at one point. The girls said, 'We've got your back, we're coming back.' The whole team is pushing themselves."
- Of Paramore, Pollock said, "Klaira's got it figured out. "She's a quiet leader. She leads by example. That 33 just showed what she's made of."
- Said Paramore, "I wanted to do it for me, and I wanted to do it for my team. We've been so close these last few tournaments. You've got to hit fairways and greens out here. It's a must if you want to shoot a good score."
- "I would hope we all have aspirations to win the conference this year," Paramore said. "And I think we can definitely do it. We have a long time to go, so it's really promising and I'm really excited."
- Added Conway, "Playing at home is awesome. We really come together as a team when we're at home. I feel privileged to play on a team where I am scared for my spot."
