No. RV Eagles Go On The Road For First Time In 2026, Play At No. RV Walsh In Week 4

Two teams tied atop the early-season 2026 Great Midwest Athletic Conference football standings, as well as receiving votes in the national coaches poll, will play in Week 4 in North Canton, Ohio.

No. RV Ashland University (1-2 overall, 1-0 Great Midwest) will play its first road game of the season at No. RV Walsh (3-0, 1-0) on Saturday (Sept. 26) at noon at Larry Staudt Field.

"We're facing a really good Walsh team at their place," said Eagle head coach Doug Geiser. "That's a very formidable opponent. John Fankhauser and his staff have done a tremendous job. They've always played hard, they've always been physical. They're a little different prep on defense. They're doing a lot of good things along the way. It doesn't surprise me at all."
