As announced on Tuesday, March 24, the Ashland University athletics department is in second place in the 2025-26 Presidents' Cup (all sports) standings through the winter season.
The Eagles have a total of 101.5 points, just six points behind the University of Findlay Oilers for first place. Both institutions have a high gap above those in third and below, with the Cedarville Yellow Jackets being the next closest at a point total of 81.5 points.
So far, in the 2025-26 Academic Year, the Eagles have won conference championships in women's soccer, football (co- with Findlay), indoor men's track and field and indoor women's track and field.
Heading into the spring seasons, there are still chances for the Eagles to secure big points in baseball, women's lacrosse, softball, STUNT, men's golf, women's golf, men's tennis, women's tennis, outdoor men's track and field and women's outdoor track and field.
