The number of Ashland University divers heading to the 2026 NCAA Division II Championships grew from one to three on Saturday (Jan. 24), as senior

Macey Wade each accomplished the goal in the Eagles' dual at Ohio Northern.

Lenczyk (first place in men's 1-meter diving, 315.40) and Wade (second in women's 1-meter diving, 255.10) made their second nationals cuts in 1-meter on Saturday, and will join junior
Riley Hunt at nationals, in Evansville, Ind., on March 10-14.

As a team on Saturday, the Ashland women won 234-58, and the Eagle men lost, 181-118.

Yasmim Tomita won three individual events – the women's 100-yard backstroke (1:00.61), 200 back (2:11.65), and 200 individual medley (2:20.89). Hunt won twice (women's 1-meter diving, 303.20 points; women's 3-meter diving, 314.20 points), as did junior
Hannah Yemec (women's 100 freestyle, 54.56 seconds; women's 100 butterfly, 1:00.38).

Ashland also won all four relays on Saturday:
- The women's 200 medley relay of Tomita, Cox, Yemec and junior Payton O'Toole (1:26.22).
- The men's 200 medley relay of Pham, Girz, Falk and senior Andrew Oates (1:36.01).
- The women's 400 free relay of Pignato, Cox, freshman Kit Kat Anderson and O'Toole (3:44.91).
- The men's 400 free relay of senior Cole Huebner, Pham, Falk and Girz (3:10.25).
COMING UP
The regular season will conclude on Friday (Jan. 30) at the diving-only Clarion meet. The 2026 Great Midwest Athletic Conference/Mountain East Championships will be Feb. 10-13 in Canton, Ohio.
