AU Men, Women Open Action At CSU Magnus Cup

Ashland University's men's and women's swimming and diving teams began competition at Cleveland State's Magnus Cup on Thursday (Nov. 21).
 
The top Eagle showing on Thursday came from the men's 200-yard freestyle relay, as the quartet of junior Andrew Oates, junior Cole Huebner, senior Robin Falk and junior Nick Girz tied for 11^th place in 1:24.17.
 
Through Day 1, Ashland's men are in 10^th place with 58 team points. The host Vikings are first (514.5), followed by St. Bonaventure (301) and Youngstown State (266.5).
