A pair of Great Midwest Athletic Conference matches in nearby Wooster, Ohio, resulted in two league wins for Ashland University's tennis teams on Saturday (March 25) afternoon.

The Eagle men improved to 7-6 overall and 1-1 in the Great Midwest after topping Kentucky Wesleyan (1-7, 0-2), 7-0. Ashland's men now have their highest single-season win total since the program returned in 2018-19 (13).

Ashland's women defeated the Panthers by the same 7-0 count. The Eagles are 6-5, 2-1, and the Panthers are 0-7, 0-2.

- The Eagle women earned the doubles point thanks to wins across the board – sophomores Claudia Adcock and Kortney Reed at No. 1 (6-1), freshmen Anna Corbel and Alley Stoehr at No. 2 (6-0), and freshmen Constanza Arancibia and Ana Penteado at No. 3 (forfeit).
- At singles, the AU women swept all six matches – Penteado at No. 1 (6-0, 6-0), Adcock at No. 2 (6-0, 6-0), Arancibia at No. 3 (6-0, 6-0), Corbel at No. 4 (6-1, 6-0), Reed at No. 5 (6-0, 6-0) and Stoehr at No. 6 (forfeit).
- On the men's side, the Eagles took all three doubles matches for that point – freshman Tomas Paskauskas and sophomore William Rassat at No. 1 (6-3), sophomore Fabian Bussard and freshman Rodrigo Moura Ludgero at No. 2 (6-1), and freshmen Gabriel Seminario and Benedikt Weinborner at No. 3 (6-2).
- Men's singles saw AU win all six matches as well – Rassat at No. 1 (6-1, 6-0), Paskauskas at No. 2 (6-1, 6-0), Bussard at No. 3 (6-0, 6-0), Ludgero at No. 4 (6-0, 6-0), Prince at No. 5 (6-0, 6-1), and Weinborner at No. 6 (6-0, 6-1).
