In its first academic year in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference, Ashland University's athletic department finished second in the 2021-22 Presidents' Cup – the conference's all-sports award.
Ashland finished with 138.5 points, and earned conference championships in women's soccer, wrestling and women's basketball. Findlay won its fourth consecutive Great Midwest Presidents' Cup with 166.5 points.
The scoring for the Presidents' Cup is based on performance in the regular season for sports that play a team schedule, and for championship results for sports that have individual components that contribute to a team score.
