The Ashland University women's tennis team swept doubles play to earn the crucial point, then split singles play with in-region opponent McKendree to take a 4-3 win over the Bearcats on Thursday (March 5) afternoon at Lakewood Racquet Club in Lexington, Ohio.

The Eagles (11-12) have now won two in a row and are 2-2 in the spring season. This was their final match before heading to South Carolina for spring break.
