2020 SCHEDULE, BY THE NUMBERS – Ashland's 10-game schedule to begin a new decade features two teams coming off 2019 NCAA Division II postseason appearances (Indianapolis and Ferris State), six rivals with .500 records or better a season ago, and a cumulative 2019 record of 57-52 (.523).
WHAT WILL THE NEXT CENTURY BRING? – Ashland football played its first 100 years (98 seasons) to an overall record of 505-376-29 (.571), 16 conference championships and seven NCAA Division II postseason appearances. The 2020 season will feature many events which will commemorate the first century of Ashland football.
CARDINALS COME IN FOR HOMECOMING 2020 – This will be the 97th all-time Homecoming game for Ashland football, when Saginaw Valley State comes into town on Oct. 17. The Eagles are 66-25-5 all-time on Homecoming, and 10-1 on Homecoming at Jack Miller Stadium/Martinelli Field.
SPRING COMES BEFORE THE FALL… – The 2020 Ashland University Purple & Gold Spring Game will be Saturday, April 25 at 1 p.m. at Jack Miller Stadium/Martinelli Field.
