2012: Truesdale was named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team as a middle grades education major (3.50 GPA or higher).

2011: Truesdale played in one game...a middle grades education major, he was named to the GLIAC All-Academic Team.

High School: Truesdale garnered first team All-Ohio honors in 2009…was also first team all-district and first team All-Western Buckeye League…had 117 tackles, four sacks, three forced fumbles and three fumble recoveries…played on the 2008 Shawnee team that won the conference championship…owns the school record in the hammer throw…lettered three times in football, once in track and field.
