2014: Redshirted...Earned a spot on the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference football All-Academic Team (cumulative grade-point average 3.0-3.49) for the second year in a row.

2013: Earned a spot on the GLIAC football All-Academic Team.

2012: Did not appear in a game.

High School: Was named first team all-conference, second team all-district and second team all-metro area in 2011...As a senior, caught 46 passes for 919 yards (20.0 avg.) with seven touchdowns...The 2011 Central team won a conference championship...Lettered three times in football and twice in basketball...In basketball, played on teams that were the district runners-up in 2010 and 2011.

Personal: Son of Kim and Kevin Shawver...Two of Shawver's uncles played football at Wittenberg and a cousin wrestled at Penn State.
