Biography

2014: Ran 44 times for 230 yards (5.2 avg.) and scored seven touchdowns as a redshirt junior...Top game was the season-opener at home against Lake Erie (nine carries, 98 yards, two touchdowns)...Also caught two passes for 19 yards.

2013: Was limited to just one game...Ran 11 times for 76 yards, including a 40-yarder, and caught two passes for two yards in the season-opener at Indianapolis (Sept. 7).

2012: Tabbed honorable mention All-Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference for a second consecutive season...Was second on the team in rushing (928) and tied for the team lead in touchdowns (14) and yards per carry (5.7)...Had three 100-yard games, including a career-high 178 yards on 12 carries against Notre Dame (Nov. 10)...Scored a career-high four rushing touchdowns (4, 7, 11, 3 yards) at Findlay (Oct. 27)...Had 115 yards and a pair of touchdowns on 18 carries at Ohio Dominican (Oct. 6), and 102 yards and two scores at home against Lake Erie (Sept. 29)...Was 11th in the league in rushing yards per game (77.3) and tied for ninth in the conference in scoring (84 points/7.0 ppg.).

2011: McCune was an honorable mention All-GLIAC selection as he led the Eagles in rushing with 834 yards...Was the first freshman to pace the team in rushing since Paul Bockmore in 1999, and he had the highest rushing total by a rookie since Matt Otero rushed for 1,030 yards in 1997...Had at least 70 yards rushing in each of the season's first seven games...Rambled for a season-high 143 yards and a pair of touchdowns on 21 carries at home against Northern Michigan (Sept. 24)...Had a season-high 26 carries and 135 yards in a 6-3 victory at Northwood (Oct. 1)...Was ninth in the GLIAC in rushing yards per game (75.8) and ninth in scoring (84 points, 7.6 ppg.)...At Tiffin (Oct. 8), had a 54-yard reception, his longest pass play of the season...Caught five passes and averaged 20.0 ypc.
