No. 13 AU Football To Open 2026 At Home Vs. No. 25 Crimson Hawks

The 2026 season starts at the friendly confines for Ashland University's football team, as the No. 13-ranked Eagles will open at Jack Miller Stadium/Martinelli Field on Thursday (Sept. 3) at 7 p.m. against No. 25 Indiana (Pa.).

"Week 1 never gets old," Ashland head coach Doug Geiser said. "You prep nine months in the offseason to get to this point, and the butterflies are still there, and the excitement. You think you know what you have, but until you actually kick the ball off and play, you don't truly know what you have."
