Both of Ashland University's outdoor track and field teams are in the No. 20 spot in the latest U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) NCAA Division II Rating Index, released on Tuesday (May 12) morning.

The Eagle women have 111.53 rating points, most of which have been earned by:
- Junior Molly Winner in the hammer throw (No. 2 in D-II, 64.05 meters/210-feet-1, 32.33 points)
- Winner in the shot put (No. 4 in D-II, 15.77 meters/51-feet-8¾, 26.24 points)
- Junior Leslie Pollock in the hammer throw (No. 8 in D-II, 57.75 meters/189-feet-5, 16.93 points)
- Senior Jade Avance in the 800-meter run (No. 9 in D-II, 2:06.65, 15.07 points)
Ashland's men have 100.66 rating points this week, mostly racked up by:
- Freshman Jon Lutz in the 110 hurdles (No. 4 in D-II, 13.66 seconds, 26.10 points)
- Graduate Brayden Jackson in the pole vault (No. 5 in D-II, 5.35 meters/17-feet-6¾, 23.74 team points).
The selections for the 2026 NCAA Division II Championships, in Emporia, Kan., on May 21-23, will be revealed by the NCAA later on Tuesday.
