The Ashland University STUNT team returned to a winning streak, snagging its second-straight victory on Monday night.
On the road against the Walsh University Cavaliers, the Eagles came out and were able to comfortably find a win, 22-1.
They started the first quarter by putting up three points, followed by another three heading into halftime with an edge, 6-0.
The Cavaliers put their lone point on the board in the third frame, while the Eagles countered with five of their own, pushing their lead ahead to a 10-point mark, 11-1, as they dove into the fourth quarter.
Again, it wasn't much of a struggle for Ashland as they cleanly put up 11 points to secure the win.
The win moved the Eagles to a strong overall record of 15-4 on the campaign, all while still posting a 7-1 record in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference.
Up next, Ashland will prepare to host multiple games from Kates Gymnasium on the campus of Ashland University. The first will be at 12:30 p.m. EST on Saturday, March 21, against the Davenport Panthers, with a set against the Malone Pioneers directly following at 3:00 p.m. EST for Senior Day.
