Both AU Cross Country Teams In No. 9 Slot In USTFCCCA Regional Rankings

Both of Ashland University's cross country teams are at No. 9 in the Midwest Region in the latest U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) NCAA Division II regional cross country rankings, revealed on Tuesday (Oct. 20) afternoon.
 
The Ashland men and women will conclude the regular season on Saturday (Oct. 24) at the University of Alabama in Huntsville Chargers XC Invitational.
 
"Both teams are very excited to head to Alabama to compete against top D-II talent," said Ashland head coach Jacob Sussman. "We have been putting in a lot of work, and they want to be able to showcase it."
 
The 2026 Great Midwest Athletic Conference Championships will be Nov. 7 at 10:30 a.m. at Tiffin.
