In 2024, Ashland University's men's soccer team used a 7-1-1 October to propel it to the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Tournament.
On Thursday (Oct. 2) night, the Eagles started October 2025 off on the right foot – a 3-0 win at Thomas More.
Ashland is 3-4-1 overall and 2-3 in the Great Midwest, while the Saints are 3-4-1, 2-2-1.

Sergio Ruiz potted his first goal of the fall, unassisted.
That was more than enough offense for sophomore goalkeeper
Alvaro Boned (3-4-1), who made four saves for his first clean sheet as an Eagle.
