Volleyball’s Fifth Straight Win Extends South Division Lead To Three Matches

It's getting late early for those trying to catch Ashland University's volleyball team, as, on Wednesday (Oct. 4) night, the Eagles extended their Great Midwest Athletic Conference South Division lead to three matches following a 3-1 (25-20, 15-25, 25-14, 25-17) win at Tiffin.

After completing the regular-season sweep of the Dragons, the Eagles improved to 13-4 overall and 7-1 in the conference thanks to their fifth consecutive victory. Tiffin is 9-7, 4-4.

Ashland has won the South Division in each of its two previous seasons in the Great Midwest.
