The final regular-season game of 2023 for Ashland University's women's soccer team will be Tuesday (Oct. 31) at 6:30 p.m. at Ferguson Field vs. Ohio Dominican.

Prior to that, however, was another United Soccer Coaches (USC) Top 25 NCAA Division II Women's Poll – in which the Eagles were slotted at No. 2 in the country.

Ashland is 14-0-3 overall and 10-0-3 in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference going into Wednesday night's game. The Eagles have outscored their opponents 43-4 this season, and have had goals from 13 different players and points from 16 different players.

Through Monday (Oct. 30), Ashland is one of only seven D-II women's soccer teams with no losses on the season. As a team, AU is second in the nation in goals-against average (0.24), third in shutout percentage (13 in 17 games) and save percentage (.925), and sixth in corner kicks per game (7.71).

Individually, senior goalkeeper
Mackenzie Simon is third in GAA (0.22) and save percentage (.927), and tied for ninth with nine shutouts.
