Ashland Tennis Teams Lose At Home To Dragons

On Friday (April 15) at the Deborah Liebert Karl Tennis Complex, Ashland University's tennis teams lost Great Midwest Athletic Conference matches to Tiffin.
 
The AU men (6-11 overall, 2-3 conference) lost 6-1 to the Dragons (15-7, 4-1), while the AU women (7-8, 3-3) lost 7-0 to TU (18-4, 5-1).
 
WHAT HAPPENED

• In the men's match, freshman Fabian Bussard won at No. 5 singles, while the No. 3 doubles team of freshman William Rassat and senior Tche Kun Teng took a 6-1 decision.

Ashland's men and women will have their Senior Day matches on Saturday (April 16) at noon against Findlay (men 9-11, 3-1; women 12-8, 4-1) at Lakewood Racquet Club in nearby Lexington, Ohio.
