On Sunday (Feb. 27) afternoon in a game moved to Bloomsburg University, Ashland University's women's lacrosse team lost 15-4 to Lock Haven.

The Eagles are 0-2 on the young 2022 season, while the Bald Eagles are 1-1.

WHAT HAPPENED
- Ashland scored one goal in the first quarter and three in the fourth quarter, all unassisted. Junior midfielder Natalie Sonntag scored twice for the second straight game, while fellow junior midfielders Madie Gash and Cassady Becker each scored once.
- Lock Haven had the advantage in shots (32-26) and shots on goal (19-17). Each team turned the ball over 20 times, and Ashland led in ground balls by a 23-19 count.
