Ashland University's volleyball team ended the regular season with a two-match winning streak, the latest victory coming on Saturday (April 3), 3-1 (25-27, 25-19, 25-23, 25-23) at Wayne State.

The Eagles are 8-6 overall and in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, while the Warriors are 4-8, 4-8.

Junior outside hitter
Erin Krupar led the AU offense with 22 kills, and added 11 digs. Senior outside hitter
Brooke Peiffer also recorded a double-double with 17 kills and 12 digs. Junior setter
Zoey Peck returned from injury and had 53 assists and 13 digs, while junior libero
Sophie Dahn paced the defensive effort with 19 digs.

Ashland had a season-high .319 hitting percentage in the victory.

The Eagles will play in the GLIAC Tournament on April 9-11 in University Center, Mich.
