2012: As usual, Eckels was a major contributor for the Eagles...was second on the team in kills and service aces and third in digs...reached her season high of 19 kills twice - against Lewis at the GLIAC-GLVC Crossover and against Wayne State...checked in with a season-high .556 hitting percentage (10-0-18) against Missouri-St. Louis...had career-high 19 digs in 3-2 triumph over ninth-ranked Indianapolis and had 17 digs at Kates Gymnasium against Northern Michigan...had season-high four service aces at Saginaw Valley State...was fifth in the GLIAC in service aces per set (0.38).

2011: Eckels paced the Eagles in service aces (38) and she was seventh in the GLIAC in aces per set (0.40)...Eckels had six aces at Ohio Dominican on Sept. 24 and five against Wayne State on Sept. 9...was second on the team in digs (202) and digs per match (2.15)...Eckels reached double digits in digs seven times...she reached her season high in digs on Sept. 16 when she had 16 in a three-set win over Northern Michigan...Eckels reached her season-high of 10 kills twice - against Northern Michigan on Nov. 10 and against Ohio Dominican on Nov. 5...in the GLIAC postseason against Northern Michigan she had 10 kills and 12 digs.

2010: Eckels was second on the team with 339 kills and 984 attacks in 103 sets played as a freshman… she was eighth in the GLIAC with 3.29 kills per set… Eckels was third on the team with 26 aces… she had 21 total blocks on the season and was second on the team with 271 digs…had a career-high 20 kills on Oct. 29 against Findlay…ended the season with seven straight matches of double-digit kill totals and had a string earlier in the season of 11 straight matches with at least 10 kills… reached the 10-kill plateau 21 times on the season…had seven double-doubles for the season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Eckels was a four-year volleyball letterwinner at Mount Notre Dame High School, where she was a teammate of fellow Eagle Megan Rohlfs… as the team captain, Eckels was named to the Girls Greater Cincinnati League first team and All-Cincinnati second team… she was also given the MVP award and an Excellence in Offense honor.

PERSONAL: Eckels is the daughter of Mike and Margy Eckels… she is an economics major who earned GLIAC All-Academic Team laurels in 2011-12 and 2012-13.
