#5 Kaely Stucin * INF * OF * R/R * Dover, Ohio

At Ashland: Stucin spent her first two years at Ashland has a reserve infielder. This year, she makes the move to the outfield.  The junior is a versatile all-around athlete and the coaching staff believes she can make the transition to the outfield with ease.  In 2011, Stucin saw action coming off the bench as a pinch runner and as a backup in the middle infield. She appeared in 29 games in 2010, all off the bench.

High School: As a senior, Stucin was first team all-conference and second team all-district.  She was a second team all-conference choice as a sophomore and junior.  Stucin played on the 2008 Dover team that advanced to the state Final Four for the first time in school history.  She lettered three times on the diamond.

Personal: Stucin’s parents are Jim and Wendy Stucin.  Stucin is an international business major with minors in Spanish and marketing.
