Biography

2014: Weber earned All-GLIAC honorable mention following a junior season in which she hit .310 with 26 runs scored, 12 RBI and four stolen bases...Also earned a spot on the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team (GPA 3.5 or higher).

2013: Took over as the starting shortstop and hit .298. She was fourth on the team in runs.

2012: As a freshman, was a backup infielder and pinch runner. She appeared in 42 games.

High school: Was an exceptional all-around athlete at Teays Valley, where she lettered in softball, cross country, basketball, tennis and bowling...Earned all-conference laurels in tennis and softball...In softball, played on a team that won conference, regional and district championships.

Personal: Weber’s parents are Bill and Carol Weber...Weber is an exercise science and pre-physical therapy major.
