2014 (Marshall): Made 16 appearances, including one start...Recorded 20 strikeouts in 15 innings...Had no decisions and a 6.00 ERA.

2013 (Marshall): As a true freshman, made six relief appearances...Was 0-1 with a 6.94 ERA in 11 2/3 innings.

High School: Graduate of Keystone High School...Batted .480 and had an 8-2 record on the mound as a senior...Struck out 103 hitters and boasted a 0.94 earned run average...Was a first-team Patriot Athletic Conference, all-county and all-district choice three times, and was all-Ohio, PAC Player of the Year, district Player of the Year and Lorain County Mr. Baseball as a senior...Career stats included a 19-5 record with 274 strikeouts, a 1.19 ERA and a .390 batting average...Won two district titles and three PAC championships...Earned three letters each in baseball and basketball.
