2012: Erb finished second on the team in batting average (.331) and tied for second in RBI (29).  His .430 on-base percentage was second on the team.

2011: Erb was second on the team in batting average (.350). He tied for third on the club in doubles (8).

2010: Erb appeared in 10 games and made one start in his freshman year. Appearing mostly as a pinch hitter, he was 3-for-13 on the season. Erb had his first career hit on Mar. 6 against Slippery Rock on the spring break trip in Florida. He made his only start on Mar. 11 against Seton Hill as the designated hitter.

High School: Erb played at Hanover High School. He earned seven letters during his career, three in basketball and four in baseball. He was a two-time, first team all-district selection, was first team all-region and second team all-state. His squad was the district champion three consecutive years.

Personal: Erb is the son of Courtney and Andrea Erb. He is a sport management major and was named to the 2012 GLIAC All-Academic Team.
