The College Sports Communicators (CSC) announced on Tuesday (June 23) afternoon that 12 Ashland University student-athletes were chosen as 2025-26 Academic All-District selections in NCAA Division II.
- Sophomore Brianna Chenevey sports a 3.96 cumulative grade-point average through the 2026 spring semester as a Dietetics major. Her first D-II All-American citation came at outdoor nationals in May, in a third-place finish in the women's 4x100-meter relay.
- Senior Braeden Geist, a cross country runner who also competed in the mile run, 3,000 run and 5,000 indoors and the 800, 1,500, 5,000 and 10,000 runs outdoors, graduated with a 3.96 cumulative GPA as a Computer Science major.
- Sophomore Alisha Hill is an Exercise Science major with a 3.99 cumulative GPA. A thrower, she competed in the weight throw indoors, and the hammer and discus throws outdoors.
- Junior Daylen Madison has a 3.76 cumulative GPA as an Accounting major. He competed outdoors in the 800 and 1,500 runs, and the 4x400 relay.
- Sophomore Jennifer Patrick has a 3.98 cumulative GPA as a Psychology major. She competed outdoors in the discus and shot put.
- Sophomore Justin Patrick sports a 3.86 cumulative GPA as a Supply Chain Management major. He was a weight thrower and shot putter indoors, and competed in the shot, discus and hammer outdoors.
- Junior Leslie Pollock has a 3.57 cumulative GPA as an Exercise Science major. The 2026 D-II indoor weight throw national champion, she also was this year's Great Midwest Athletic Conference indoor women's field Athlete of the Year.
- Junior Christian Seibert is a Marketing major with a 3.75 cumulative GPA. He was a longer jumper and triple jumper indoors, and competed in the triple jump and 100 and 200 dashes outdoors.
- Senior Hope Sievert graduated with a 3.58 cumulative undergrad GPA as an Exercise Science major, and has postgrad GPAs of 3.67 and 3.83 in the online MBA program. She was an indoor nationals qualifier in the women's 800 run.
- Senior Nate Slater has a 3.79 cumulative GPA as a Dietetics major. He was the Eagles' top placer at the D-II regional cross country meet, placing 17th.
- Junior Colton Thress is a Business Management major with a 3.60 cumulative GPA. He was an indoor nationals qualifier in the men's 800 run and men's distance medley relay.
- Junior Molly Winner graduated with a 3.73 cumulative GPA as a Primary Grades/Intervention Dual Education major. The 2026 Great Midwest women's outdoor field Athlete of the Year, she was a three-time D-II All-American this year – second place outdoors in the hammer throw, seventh outdoors in the shot put and second indoors in the weight throw.
During the entire 2025-26 academic year, 65 Eagle student-athletes earned CSC Academic All-District honors. Three Eagles have earned CSC Academic All-America citations so far this year – senior women's soccer forward
Dani Hicks (second team), junior women's swimmer
Rachel Stanchek (third team), and senior men's diver
Joey Lenczyk (second team).

The 2025-26 CSC Track & Field/Cross Country D-II Academic All-Americas will be revealed on July 14 (men) and July 15 (women).
