Charlie Fish wasn't awed by his first NCAA Division II postseason round, as, on Thursday (May 8) at the Midwest/Central Regional in St. Joseph, Mo., Fish's 1-under-par 70 left him in a tied for third place individually.
Fish ended with one eagle and three birdies on the day, all on a back nine in which he finished with a 33.
The Eagles as a team are tied for 17
th in the 20-team field, ending with a team score of 306. Central Oklahoma is the Day 1 leader (280), followed by Central Missouri (290) and Arkansas Tech and Missouri S&T (292 each).
