No. 12 AU Women, No. 17 Eagle Men Open Last Chance Week At Hillsdale

Ashland University's nationally-ranked outdoor track and field teams started a week of last chance meets on Wednesday (May 7) at Hillsdale.
 
The list of nationals marks set by the No. 12-ranked Eagle women and No. 17-ranked AU men, toward the 2025 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships, at Pueblo, Colo. on May 22-24, include:

• The men's 4x100-meter relay quartet of seniors Joe Wahl and Caden Morris, sophomore Liam Mann and junior Derrick Amapps (improved, 40.09 seconds).
• Sophomore Zach Vales in the men's 1,500 run (new, 3:47.38).
• Graduate Hope Sievert in the women's 800 run (improved, 2:09.88).
