The third and final day of the 2025 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships in Pueblo, Colo., on Saturday (May 24) saw three more Ashland University women's athletes earn All-American status.
- Junior Jade Avance ended third in the finals of the women's 800-meter run, crossing the finish line in 2:06.28 for her fifth all-time D-II All-American citation.
- Sophomore Molly Winner earned her fourth All-American award of 2025 and of her Eagle career by placing seventh in the women's shot put. Her top effort was a PR of 15.29 meters/50-feet-2.
- Fifth-year Aniya Seward also took seventh in the women's 100 hurdles, with a top showing of 13.58 seconds. It is her first D-II All-American award.
Thanks to those strong Saturday showings, the Eagle women ended the Championships with 16 team points and in 16
th place – the best AU women's outdoor team placement since 2019 (10
th).
With six team points, Ashland's men ended in a tie for 33
rd.
Also on Saturday:
- Seward was 14th in the women's triple jump with a top effort of 12.40 meters/40-feet-8¼.
- Senior Lily Dowdell finished in 17th place in 18:04.89 in the women's 5,000 run.
