Ashland University's men's golf team moved up the scoring ladder following the second round of the Ken Partridge Invitational on Monday (April 7) at Purgatory Golf Club in Noblesville, Ind., as the Eagles are tied for eighth in the all-Midwest Region 20-team event hosted by Indianapolis.
At 294-295—589, Ashland climbed up two spots from its finish on Sunday (April 6). Missouri S&T is the leader at 285-291—576, followed by Wayne State (283-296—579) and the host Greyhounds (290-293—583).
Junior
Carter Mishler continues to pace the Eagle effort this week, and is tied for ninth individually at 1-under 72-71—143 and with six birdies.
Freshman
Charlie Fish is tied for 25
th at 75-72—147, and has seven birdies so far, and fellow rookie
Shaun Mazzalupi is tied for 51
st at 76-74—150 (eagle, four birdies).
Junior
Lukas Schreck is tied for 58
th (73-78—151, five birdies), and senior
Matthew McMullen is tied for 103
rd (four birdies).
