No. 8 Eagles Take Two In Michigan As Program, Farnsworth Mark 50 Wins

Ashland University's No. 8-ranked STUNT team played two games in Alma, Mich., on Saturday (Feb. 22), earning wins against No. 9 (club teams) Central Michigan, 19-9, and Division I No. 5 Mercyhurst, 20-8.
 
The Eagles improve to 10-3 overall in 2025, and have won six games in a row.
 
Ashland's win over the Chippewas was the program's 50th overall, and head coach Denise Farnsworth's 50th guiding the Eagles (record now 51-22).

Senior flyer/tumbler Alyssa McLaughlin paced AU in both games with 38 and 41 points, respectively.

The second and final day of play in Michigan on Sunday (Feb. 23) against No. 2 (club) Alma at noon and at 3 p.m. vs. Michigan.
