On Wednesday (Oct. 22) night, Ashland University's volleyball team returned to Great Midwest Athletic Conference play, losing 3-1 (25-21, 21-25, 25-19, 25-23) at Walsh in an East Division match-up.

The Eagles are 11-9 overall and 6-4 in the conference, and the East-leading Cavaliers are 15-5, 8-0.

Livi Miller collected a career-high 14 kills to go with a .444 hitting percentage, while senior defensive specialist
Macy McNamara tracked down a career-best 24 digs.

WRAPPING IT UP
- Sophomore outside hitter Sara Krizsa had a team-high 20 kills, and junior middle hitter Ravin Morgan added 15 kills.
- Junior setter Marin Dixon posted 49 assists, as the Eagles hit .273 as a team – the fourth-highest mark of the season and second-highest on the road.
- Wednesday night's match featured 14 tie scores and six lead changes.
