Matthew McMullen got off to a strong start to his 2024-25 season on Monday and Tuesday (Sept. 9-10) at the Malone-Glenmoor Fall Invite, as he finished tied for fourth individually, and the Eagles as a team placed sixth in the 13-team field.
McMullen carded 71-75-74—220 for the tournament, ending 4-over par to lead the AU effort.
Junior
Carter Mishler tied for 17
th at 78-75-74—227, and then came the Eagles' set of varsity freshmen –
Mark Pillar (20
th, 77-75-77—229),
Michael Fickle (tied for 21
