Eggleston, Richards Hit Nationals Marks At Hillsdale Last Chance

Two freshmen on Ashland University's No. 16-ranked men's outdoor track and field team hit nationals marks on Wednesday (May 8) at Hillsdale's 13-Event Last Chance meet.
 
Justin Richards earned a new provisional mark toward the 2024 NCAA Division II Championships, May 23-25 in Emporia, Kan., placing third in the men's long jump at 7.31 meters/23-feet-11¾.
 
Alex Eggleston improved upon his previous provo in the men's 400 hurdles, finishing fourth in 52.65 seconds.
