Both of the Eagle outdoor track and field teams competed on Friday and Saturday (April 12-13) at the
Tiffin Track Carnival, and collected more than their fair share of provisional marks for outdoor nationals.

Winning their respective events on Saturday and earning new
provos in the process were freshman
Alex Eggleston in the men's 400-meter hurdles (53.04 seconds), senior
Elizabeth Adams in the women's 400 dash (55.74 seconds), freshman
Odessa Smith in the women's 100 hurdles (14.00 seconds), and freshman
Colton Thress in the men's 800 run (1:50.60).

Garrett Baker won with a provo of 5.10 meters/16-feet-8 3/4, while junior
Elmar Schutte finished third with a provo of 4.87 meters/15-feet-11 3/4. And in the women's pole vault, junior
Sarah Masuoka won the women's pole vault (3.95 meters/12-feet-11½), and freshman
Allie Dunlap took second (3.80 meters/12-feet-5½) - both provo marks.
